Exchanges and Refunds


You can return an item within fourteen days of receipt (28 days from postage) if; you don't like an item after you have received it, it doesn't fit, or any other reason.

That's it. No questions, no forms to fill out, no obtaining 'Return Authorisation Codes'.

All we ask is that you contact us as soon as you can after receipt and that you return the item as you received it - i.e. in saleable condition, unused, unaltered, and with all the original manufacturer's packaging, labels, documentation etc. The only exception to this general rule is the return of earrings if stocked; these must be returned unopened for hygiene reasons

Please note that you are responsible for the return postage and for the item itself until received by us. It is strongly recommend that you obtain a free “Proof of Posting” from the Post Office or use the Recorded Delivery/Special Delivery system.


If the item is received damaged or faulty (or develops a fault within 30 days of receipt) please get in touch as soon as possible and we will exchange it or issue a full refund.

Please note that this guarantee exclude; cosmetic damage, accidental damage and damage caused by misuse or neglect.

Your statutory rights are not affected in any way by these policies.
